The Glenfarclas Cross Country Steeple Chase

The Cross Country is, and always will be, one of the most popular races during the Cheltenham Festival. Unlike the other conventional races, the runners in the Cross Country will take a unique route around Prestbury Park, treading a winding, three-and-three-quarter-mile path through the country whilst scaling a range of weird and wonderful obstacles. Irish trainer, Enda Bolger is a specialist in training Cross Country stars, saddling the winner of this unique race a record five times since it was created in 2005.
